My favorite place in the whole world (except for south Orange County, Of course!)

FIJI!!!!!!!! This group of islands is so pure and beautiful, the Fijians are the most congenial and loving people and the ocean waters are the warmest I have ever felt! I was just there in August on the tranquil surfers’ paradise island of Namotu. The previous time I was there, I attended Tony Robbins’ seminar. My neighbor is buying foreclosures…..

The hottest thing to either sell as a realtor, or buy as a buyer right now, is, of course, foreclosures. My neighbor five doors down told me the other night that he is part of an investment group that goes to the Orange County courthouse steps with cash to buy foreclosed homes. Investors with a long view will definitely make money after a period of time once this market turns around. The question is: when will the market turn around? My crystal ball is a little foggy. What are your thoughts????

There’s a lot of talk…..
