Hey, we’ll take any good news we can get….

The OC Register announced a plummet in the Orange County foreclosure rate in October. Seems as though banks and lenders are actually starting to tip-toe in and offer some true relief programs to struggling homeowners. It’s about time! It sure as heck doesn’t help all those who have already lost their homes. And I still get calls from homeowners attempting to talk to their banks to renegotiate their loans….and they are getting absolutely nowhere except behind in their payments.
