Homes are starting to SELL again!!!!!

Yes it seems to be the lower priced market that is mostly selling. This is where it all starts. The foreclosure properties are selling; my team of buyer’s agents is encountering multiple offers averaging 10 offers per property. Here is a great article from the Wall Street Journal.
