It’s real easy to get discouraged!

It’s real easy to get discouraged in this market!  It is just plain lousy for sellers–unless you have owned your home for a nice long time and have a healthy amount of equity in it–which is definitely the case for many of my clients–but not the case for others. When buyers seem to be looking for deals, such as foreclosures, it’s a great market!  When sellers are trying to sell their home, and NO ONE seems to want to see it, it is not a great market.  We all know markets go up and down–and we are down. Many people feel next year will be better- we will have a new President, and new hope for the country and the financial debacle it seems to be in–so we wait, continue to work hard, and remain optimistic about the future of the housing market–all markets turn, as we know. The sooner, the better.
