Residents are encouraged to attend the meeting and learn more about the second and third phases of the proposed San Juan Creek and Trabuco Creek Channels Levee Protection Project. Discussion will focus on flood control levee stability; proposed steel sheet piling on the east and west embankments; and a temporary bikeway closure.
