Who’s buying right now?

I notice two types of homes selling right now and two types of buyers buying those homes. Homes that are spectacular are selling to buyers who HAVE to have them no matter what the market is doing. These buyers have the LONG view. Then there are foreclosed homes being snatched up by investors out in Corona and in Riverside County, where the rental incomes are exceeding the house payments.
